The Five Points Union Project would also redevelop the Rancho LPG property, which contains several liquid butane tanks and is located immediately south of the refinery. The Rancho LPG site is not owned by Phillips 66, and does not have any operating connection to Phillips 66. However, in response to community concerns, Phillips 66 has worked with those owners to incorporate the property into the Project’s redevelopment plans. Upon approval of the Five Points Union Project, the Rancho LPG site’s butane tanks would be removed, and the property would be redeveloped with the rest of the Project.
